Proposal forms give underwriters the information they need to decide whether to offer insurance and for how much. After consulting an extensive range of insurers as to what they need to know, we have managed to produce a form that is as short and easy to complete as possible, whilst still allowing us to approach a wide variety of options on your behalf.
Our forms are editable PDFs allowing you to complete them on screen or you can print them off and fill them in by hand if you prefer. Remember we can usually work from any form you may have already completed for your upcoming renewal.
